London’s downtown malls have always had a hard time for some reason. Remember the London Arcade? Anyway, this comic commented on all the empty storefronts and on the strange chain store called “A Buck or Two.” I’m told that these days the name has changed to “A Buck or Two Plus.” So basically it’s just a store. Prices vary.
